A place to share recipes that make use of leftover food items and things that would otherwise go to waste. For ease of use, please include the leftover ingredient in your su ...More bject line when making a post (EG Subject: Overripe Banana). If you submit a recipe, please also make an ingredient-specific post that refers to the recipe by name (and clarifying its relevance to this forum). Posts offering suggestions about leftover ingredients without making links or references to specific recipes are also welcome. So are questions about what to do with a particular leftover. Other members are welcome to add to a thread with suggestions of recipes or techniques for handling the specific ingredient, answering questions raised in the initial post, or commenting on and adding to it.
