As I just posted a spinach recipe ,I thought of all the spinach recipes there are. Either alone or in combination with other ingredients,spinach is a great vegetable. If anyone has a picture for the group,please post it.

I love spinach. You couldn't tell by my recipes. I don't have one spinach recipe. I just usually wilt it and add some sort of vinegar. Lately I find that buying by the can is cheaper and not so much work washing the fresh stuff 'till there is no grit.

I'll try the recipes posted here, given time, and add some pictures as I go.

Great group pleclare. I love spinach. Unfortunately, my kids do not. The only way I get them to eat any is by mixing fresh spinach in with one of our big salads. Then they don't know any better. They just think it's darker lettuce, lol. Hey what ever works, right! Look forward to browsing some of the spinach recipes here. Might just find one they will like. Will also check my own and post some too.

Pleclare, great idea, love my spinach prefer fresh but like canned also.

I'll have to check for one of my recipes, I don't very my cooking spinach, sweet it in a little butter and add some basalmic vinegar.
