Made with white bread & mayo -slice up a banana and you have a pretty tasty sandwhich.

Reluctantly I admit to being forced to eat those banana sandwiches. Mother would make them for my brown bag lunch and send me off to school. If I didn't eat them I went hungry. When you are forced to eat guano you develop a taste for it after a while. She did the same thing with tomatoes and mayo. Darn things would leak out of their wax paper confines and get the bottom of my brown paper lunch bag soggy enough to fall apart when picked up.

Oh gosh I LOVE banana and mayo sandwiches and I also love tomato and mayo sandwiches. I wouldn't want to take either for a sack lunce as they would get to hot. If I had some kind of lunch box with one of the blue ice thingys I would though. I also like mayo, American cheese slices and pineapple ring sandwiches!! My daddy got me to try a bite of his and would not shut up until I did and boy I loved it. I haven't had one in years though. Maybe I will post that recipe. LOL
