Basil Parmesan Puffs Recipe
These little bites are ideal served with soups,salads,pasta and so much more. Simple and Delicious.

Ingredients
  • 3/4 c water
  • 6 Tbs butter,cubed
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 3/4 c flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 c minced fresh basil
  • 1 c parmesan cheese

Directions
  1. In large saucepan,bring water,butter and salt to boil. Add flour all at once and stir till smooth ball forms. Remove from heat;let stand 5 mins. Add eggs,one at a time,beating well after each addition. Continue beating until mixture is smooth and shiny. Stir in basil and cheese
  2. Drop by rounded Tbs. 1" apart onto greased baking sheets. Bake at 400 for 18-20 mins or till golden brown. Remove to wire racks. Serve warm.
