Ingredients

Your favorite biscuit recipe.(sweetend)

Fruit filling (any) or cooked meat

lard amount varies

1 egg

1 tbls melted butter

!/4 cup brown sugar

Directions

Roll out dough to double hand size.In middle of dough place filling (any).Fold over and seal edge.Brush butter and egg mixture along edge to seal.Lay each side down in plate of sugar and place in hot grease.Brown each side remove and let set. Serve or wrap each pie to go.

My mom would make these when i was little and we would gobble them up. She also took them to work and sold them for extra money for us....they always sold out ....thanks for the nice memory and i am going to make these soon.
