Pumpkin Dip In A Pumpkin Recipe

It's so easy and very tasty on gingersnap cookies or fresh fruit wedges! Great also on pancakes, waffles, scones, biscuits, sandwich spread etc. Kids as well as adults love this! ... Ingredients

1, 16 oz can of pumpkin ( not pie filling )

1, 8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup white or brown sugar or to taste

1 tsp pumpkin pie spice

dash salt

1 small hallowed out pumkin ( Optional )

gingersnap cookis, gingerbread, fresh fruit, graham crackers etc.

Directions

Combine all until smooth and place mixture in small hallowed out pumpkin.

Chill well.

Place pumpkin on serving plate and surround with ginger snap cookies or slices of gingerbread, graham crackers or fresh fruit.

May also be used as a sandwich filling and great with peanut butter too!
