Pioneer Pancakes

I found this recipe out of Pioneer Recipes and thought that this was simaler to Chris's dad's recipe for pancakes.
Ingredients
- 1 cup flour shopping list
- 2 tablespoons sugar shopping list
- 1 teaspoon baking powder shopping list
- 1 egg, lightly beaten shopping list
- 1 cup milk shopping list
- 3 tablespoons melted butter shopping list
How to make it
- Mix together flour, sugar, and baking powder in a large bowl.
- Beat together eggs, milk, and butter.
- Add liquid ingredients to the dry ingredients and blend.If you are adding fruit, stir it into the batter.
- Over medium heat, melt a little butter in a frying pan and pour enough batter to form a 5 inch (13 cm) pancake.When the pancake begins to bubble all over the edges turn brown, flip it and cook the other side.
- Keep the pancakes in a warm oven until you are ready to serve them.
