Ingredients

How to make it

  • Saute diced potatoes and onions until crisp.
  • Sprinkle generously with seasonings.
  • Top with pimento cheese.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. (Bake in the same pan if yours is oven proof, if not, turn into a 9x13 metal or glass pan)
  • Finish under broiler on high for 1 minute, prior to serving.

    I love pimento cheese... so I have to make this.
    Do you have a recipe for that pimento cheese spread? Is it posted?
    I would never have thought of using Old Bay as a seasoning for frying.. Live and learn! LOL
