Back in 1970 Conway Twitty went into business with his own Twitty Burgers, he didn't get the right people to do business with and it failed...but those who ate his burgers loved them and here is the recipes, back then who would have thought to put bacon on a burger and pineapple too! Ingredients
- 4 oz. patty ground sirloin shopping list
- 1 large pineapple ring shopping list
- graham cracker crumbs shopping list
- shortening shopping list
- 2 slices bacon, fried crisp shopping list
- 1 (5-inch) hamburger bun shopping list
- mayonnaise shopping list
How to make it
- Cook patty of ground sirloin as desired. Batter the pineapple ring with graham cracker crumbs and deep fry. Spread mayonnaise on both sides of bun. Put this all together - bun, patty, bacon and pineapple ring - for a Twitty Burger
