Szechwan Shrimp

- 4 tablespoons water shopping list
- 2 tablespoons ketchup shopping list
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce shopping list
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch shopping list
- 1 teaspoon honey shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger shopping list
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil shopping list
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions shopping list
- 4 cloves garlic, minced shopping list
- 12 ounces cooked shrimp shopping list
How to make it
- In a bowl, stir together first 7 ingredients
- Set aside
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat
- Stir in green onions and garlic; cook 30 seconds
- Stir in shrimp, and toss to coat with oil
- Stir in sauce
- Cook and stir until sauce is bubbly and thickened
- A couple of suggestions from reviews, (1) double the sauce (2) serve over rice or along with fried rice.
