I came up with this dressing as a fresh alternative to the store bought bottles!

Ingredients
- 2 scallions, chopped (use green and white parts)
- 1 garlic clove minced
- 1/2 tsp dill
- 2/3 cup mayo (I used the new mayo with olive oil)
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1/4 cup bleu cheese crumbles
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt (or to taste)
- 1/4 tsp pepper (or to taste)
Directions
- In food processor or blender, pulse scallions and garlic, until mixed
- Add remaining ingredients
- Blend well
- Chill
- Serve and enjoy!
- Great on top of a wedge salad, topped with chopped tomatoes, fresh bacon bits, and extra bleu cheese crumbles!

Sounds absolutely wonderful! Throw away the Marie's Blue Cheese Dressing - yes! I just posted a Buffalo Chicken Salad recipe and this would go great with it! My recipe called for Ranch - but I'm not a Ranch fan.
