This is an easy fudge to make using white chocolate... the use of the powdered sugar makes it less likely to crystallize on you ..and you don't need a candy thermometer... this makes a nice gift at Christmas ... the recipe and photo are courtesy of

This is going in the Fudge group! Cutting into 64 pieces is an ideal way to allow a sampling of different kinds of candy. Can hardly wait til Christmas...love to make candy, package it, eat a few pieces, and give it away...which, by the way, is a great way to watch calories! 5UP
