Ingredients
- 2 cloves garlic,
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp Parmesan cheese
- 1 head broccoli, chopped
- 1 lb macaroni
Directions
- Fry garlic in oil until yellow in color...do not brown or it will be bitter.
- Bring water to a boil in a large pot and add broccoli.
- When water comes to a second boil, add pasta.
- Drain pasta (but save a cup or two of pasta water) and add to garlic and oil.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Add pasta water a little at a time, if needed.
