STUFFING POTATOES

- 1tsp butter shopping list
- 1/4 cup olive oil shopping list
- 4 crusts of bread shopping list
- 1 tbsp sage shopping list
- 1tsp poultry seasoning shopping list
- 4 large potatoes; boiled (leave skins on) shopping list
- salt & pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Heat skillet.
- Meanwhile rip up crusts of bread into bitesize pieces.
- Put oil & butter in skillet.
- When butter is melted add sage & poultry seasoning.
- Toss in bread stir until coated.
- Meanwhile carefully cube hot potatoes and add to bread.
- Fry until desired crispiness.
- Add salt & pepper to taste
