How to make it

  • Heat skillet.
  • Meanwhile rip up crusts of bread into bitesize pieces.
  • Put oil & butter in skillet.
  • When butter is melted add sage & poultry seasoning.
  • Toss in bread stir until coated.
  • Meanwhile carefully cube hot potatoes and add to bread.
  • Fry until desired crispiness.
  • Add salt & pepper to taste
