Easy Banana Cake

An easy cake mix recipe with bananas frosted with pudding and dream whip...This is quick to put together to take to a pot luck or make for a special party. Very refreshing!
Ingredients
- 1 yellow cake mix shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 1 cup water shopping list
- 3 mashed bananas shopping list
- frosting shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups milk shopping list
- 1 small pkg. French vanilla instant pudding shopping list
- 1 pkg Dream Whip shopping list
How to make it
- In mixing bowl:
- Add yellow cake mix
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup water
- 3 mashed bananas
- Mix for 2 minutes.
- Pour in greased 9 x 13 pan.
- Bake for 35 minutes (testing with a tooth pick)
- Cool.
- Frosting:
- In mixing bowl:
- 1 1 /2 cups milk
- 1 pkg. dream whip
- 1 small pkg. french vanilla instant pudding
- Mix until combine and slightly fluffy.
- Spread on cooled cake.
- Keep refrigerated.
