How to make it

  • Bring first 3 ingredients to a boil in a saucepan over medium heat while stirring.
  • Boil exactly 2 minutes while stirring constantly.
  • Remove from heat
  • Stir in vanilla and condensed milk until well blended
  • Pour into sterilized jars
  • Makes 6 cups or 6 x 1 cup jars
