12 Minute Garlic Pasta Recipe

Ingredients

2 cups pasta

3 cloves garlic or 1/2 tsp. minced garlic

1 tsp. olive oil

dash worchestershire sauce

1 tsp. parmesan cheese

1 tsp. bacon bits

Directions

Cook pasta as directed. While pasta is cooking, put oil, garlic and worchestershire sauce in frying pan and heat. When pasta is cooked, drain well and add to pan. Mix well. Add parmesan and bacon bits and serve.

Other variations:

Add onions or fresh herbs, (oregano, thyme, rosemary).

Serves 2 for meal size or 4 for side dish.

** Fresh pasta usually takes 3-5 minutes to cook opposed to the usual 9-11 minutes for dry pasta. It can be found in your grocer's deli section.

Minitindel: yes it is a very easy recipe and if you don't know how much garlic goes into it, you really won't think it's an overboard garlic taste...after cooking for awhile it turns sweet.

I've had it with seafood, chicken, beef and pork...it is so versatile and can also be served as a main dish if you don't feel like making meat for dinner...just make a bit more! LOL!
