Ingredients
  • 1 c butter
  • 1/2 c confectioners sugar'
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 c confectioners' sugar
  • 1-1/2 c flour
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease cookie sheets.
  2. In medium bowl,cream together 1/2 c confectioners sugar and butter till smooth. Stir in vanilla. Combine flour,salt and 1/2 tsp cinnamon;stir into creamed mixture to form a stiff dough. Shape dough in 1" balls.
  3. Mix together 1 c confectioners' sugar and 1 tsp cinnamon; roll balls in cinnamon mixture.
  4. Bake 15 to 20 mins. or till nicely browned. cool on wire racks.
