How to make it

  • Mix all ingredients with an electric mixer, except flour, making sure that the ricotta is well blended and scraping sides of bowl frequently.
  • Add flour two cups at a time until well blended. The batter will be very thick.
  • Form balls, about 1-inch in diameter and put it on ungreased cookie sheet.
  • Bake in a 350 degree oven for 10 to 15 minutes.
