How to make it

  • Crust:
  • Combine crumbs, sugar and margarine; press into bottom of 13x9-inch pan. Chill.
  • Filling:
  • Combine cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice and zest and mix at medium speed on electric mixer until well blended.
  • Fold in nuts and whipped topping.
  • Spread over crust and freeze.
  • Place in refrigerator for 10 minutes just before cutting and serving.
