I live in upstate NY where cherry peppers are all over the menus in every restaurant. Try out this version. These peppers are always requested at my "I can cook better and hotter than you can" sunday breakfast club.

Thanks for all the comments. You can throw any kind of spices you want while frying the meats. I sometimes finely chop onions and shake in some red pepper flakes.
