  • HEAT BUTTER AND OLIVE FOR 30 SECONDS,THROW IN CRUSHED GARLIC,COOK FOR FEW SECONDS,ADD PEELED, CLEANED RAW SHRIMPS.DICED TOMATOES. AND CHILLI FLAKES
  • COOK TILL SHRIMPS TURN PINK. DEGLAZE WITH WHITE WINE AND COOK TILL WINE EVEPORATES. ADD CREAM, WORCESTERSHIRE AND TABASCO SAUCES. COOK TILL SAUCE BECOMES THICKER.
  • DEVIDE SHRIMP INTO 4 PLATES. AND EQUALLY POUR SAUCE ON EACH PATE. GARNISH WITH BASIL LEAFS AND SLICED LIMES
  • SOME NICE CRUSTY BREAD AND LIGHT WHITE WINE.
