Pineapple Stuffing

A great dish for about any dinner. It is light and refresting. Even a quick dish for a potluck dinner party.
Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar shopping list
- 1 stick butter - softened shopping list
- 4 eggs - beaten shopping list
- 20 oz. can crushed pineapple - drained shopping list
- 6 slices white bread - torn in cubes shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 375
- In large bowl, mix all ingredients well, add mixture to buttered baking dish,
- Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour...or until bubbling and browned.
