A great dish for about any dinner. It is light and refresting. Even a quick dish for a potluck dinner party.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 stick butter - softened
  • 4 eggs - beaten
  • 20 oz. can crushed pineapple - drained
  • 6 slices white bread - torn in cubes

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 375
  2. In large bowl, mix all ingredients well, add mixture to buttered baking dish,
  3. Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour...or until bubbling and browned.
