How to make it

  • Crush the fried onions in a plastic bag and add flour. Shake bag to mix.
  • Dip chicken into egg; then coat in onion crumbs.
  • Bake for 20 minutes at 400 degrees until cooked through.
  • **Note: Can substitute 1/4 cup any flavor French's mustard instead of beaten egg.

    Have had this several times. One of my favorites, and my boys!!! Love it! You can also use the cheddar fried onions from French's, or add in some shredded cheese. :)
