I found this recipe in a magazine add for French's Fried Onions. Sounds very easy and I bet it is tasty, too!

Ingredients
  • 2 cups (4oz) French's Fried Onions
  • 2 Tbsp flour
  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 egg, beaten

Directions
  1. Crush the fried onions in a plastic bag and add flour. Shake bag to mix.
  2. Dip chicken into egg; then coat in onion crumbs.
  3. Bake for 20 minutes at 400 degrees until cooked through.
  4. **Note: Can substitute 1/4 cup any flavor French's mustard instead of beaten egg.
