Ingredients
  • shredded Brick cheese
  • shredded mozzarella cheese
  • shredded provolone cheese
  • Caesar salad dressing
  • 1 half onion
  • one hanger steak
  • Grated Asiago cheese
  • 1 half French loaf of bread
  • butter

Directions
  1. Marinade steak in what ever tenderizing agent you prefer for desired duration. ( i typically go for a soy sauce/citrus/garlic marinade)
  2. cut onion into 1/2 inch rings and caramelize with butter
  3. Prepare steak to medium/well done depending on preference.
  4. open French loaf to make a sub roll and butter it inside and out.
  5. toast buttered French bread in oven for a few minutes until butter is melted and bread is slightly crispy.
  6. remove bread for oven, add meat, cheese, dressing, onions. top with asiago, return to oven for a few minutes.
  7. turn regularly as not to make bread too crunchy or hard
  8. remove from oven when bread is slightly bronzed and enjoy
  9. cut up into slices, it doesn't last long
