Ingredients
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup drained crushed pineapple
  • 1/2 cup evaporated milk
  • 3 Tbsp. sour cream
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 deep dish pie shell (unbaked)
  • Ground nutmeg

Directions
  1. Cream butter and sugar together in a medium bowl.
  2. Stir in flour.
  3. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  4. Mix in pineapple, milk, sour cream and vanilla.
  5. Pour into pie shell.
  6. Sprinkle lightly with nutmeg.
  7. Bake iin prheated 325 F. oven 50-60 minutes or untila sharp knife or toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
  8. Let cool before serving.
  9. Garnish with whipped cream and a sprinkling of chopped walnuts.
  10. Refrigerate leftovers.
