How to make it

  • Heat wok until hot and add 1 tsp oil.
  • Add spareribs, stir fry for about 5 minutes, add garlic and stir fry for another 3 minutes.
  • Add soy sauce, plum sauce and chicken broth, cover to finish cooking (about 5 minutes).
  • When ribs are completely cooked, uncover, and add 2 Tbsp honey, stir fry 1 minute.
  • Add chili sauce and stir fry for 30 seconds. Serve.
  • **Total cooking time should not exceed 15 minutes.
