How to make it

  • In a microwave safe bowl, combine apples, water, and pumpkin pie spice.
  • Microwave on high for 1 minute, or until apples are soft.
  • In three large glasses, layer 1/4 cup granola, 1/4 cup yogurt, and a spoonful of the apple mixture into each glass.
  • Repeat layers.
  • Serve immediately.
