  • Take a sharp parry knife, laying the sharp edge flat on the blades of the scrapped, rub back and forth, scraping the sharp blades together. this perks up your edges so you do not work so hard! shopping list
  • To do the inside, use the sharp point and scrap back and forth. shopping list

    PARING knife - as in small knife used for trimming or paring down, etc.

    Also ... if you have a small whet stone that will fit the scraper blade, you can save wear and tear on your paring knife.

    If someone asks what a whet stone is, tell them there are a billion of them down at the beach. :^)
