Ingredients

How to make it

  • Put potatoes in boiling water and cover for 25-30 minutes. drain
  • Place potatoes, eggs, onions, celery and pickles in a bowl.
  • In a separate bowl combine the mayonnaise, pickle juice, mustard, celery seed and salt and pepper (to taste).
  • Pour mixture over potatoes and mix well.
  • Cover and refrigerate for a couple hours.

    Wow...you're potato salad is almost like mine! Must be a N.Y. thing??? My mom taught me to use dill pickle juice!!! Down South here in florida, they use the Sweet Pickles.
