The best place to get white pumpkins in Indiana is Chandler's Farm on 40. Located in Filmore

Can someone answer this question? I have a nice WHITE PUMPKIN that I want to use for decorating AND for a pie. Once I cut into this white pumpkin and set it up for decorating, how long do I have before I MUST use it for a pie?

Thank you, I have a huge white pumpkin I did not want to go to waste. I always use fresh sugar type. I am so excited to try this. Making pie now, and making breads with the rest.

Good old Albino species! I grew some Albino carrots in the garden this year --- pure white, they looked like parsnips when pulled!!
Love this recipe -- high FIVE :+D
