How to make it

  • Boil water and add rice.
  • Turn off stove and cover rice, set aside.
  • Slice chicken into strips.
  • Heat oil in a heavy skillet.
  • Add coleslaw and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
  • Remove and set aside.
  • Add meat to skillet and fry over med heat until browned.
  • Add pepper and stock.
  • Cover and cook for 5-6 minutes until chicken is tender.
  • Combine Szechwan sauce and honey.
  • Add coleslaw mix back into the skillet.
  • Cook for 5 minutes more. Serve over rice.
