Question: what do you usually serve with this dish? Reading the recipe, I'm thinking either a sturdy pork roast with some kind of sour/savory sauce (if you're an omnivore), or maybe a plump fillet of grilled bluefish with lemon grass & citrus (if you eat fish). Bonus points for a vegetarian suggestion!
