How to make it

  • 1)Combine the first 4 ingredients in a medium bowl. Crumble noodles in slaw mixture, reserving beef seasoning packet.
  • 2)Combine oil, vinegar, and sugar substitute, stirring well with a wire whisk. Pour over slaw seasoning from packet; toss well.
  • Serving size: ½ – cup
  • Calories per serving: 87, Fat: 7mg, Carbohydrate: 5.6g, Cholesterol: 0, Sodium: 70mg
  • Diabetic Exchange: 1 Vegetable, 1 Fat
