Asian Coleslaw Recipe
This is another Paula Deen recipe I tried thats really wonderful... I love different coleslaws and think you will like this one as well...

Ingredients
  • 2 Tablespoons rice wine vinegar
  • 3 Teaspoons soy sauce
  • 3 Teaspoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 Teaspoons sesame oil
  • 1/2 Teaspoon sugar
  • 1 (16 oz package) 3-color deli coleslaw mix
  • 1 can sliced water chestnuts, diced (8 oz)
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 Tablespoon sesame seeds

Directions
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together first 5 ingredients.
  2. In a large bowl, combine coleslaw mix, chestnuts, and red pepper.
  3. Add vinegar mixture, tossing gently to coat.
  4. Sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
