Asian Coleslaw

- 2 Tablespoons rice wine vinegar shopping list
- 3 Teaspoons soy sauce shopping list
- 3 Teaspoons fresh lemon juice shopping list
- 2 Teaspoons sesame oil shopping list
- 1/2 Teaspoon sugar shopping list
- 1 (16 oz package) 3-color deli coleslaw mix shopping list
- 1 can sliced water chestnuts, diced (8 oz) shopping list
- 1 red bell pepper, diced shopping list
- 1 Tablespoon sesame seeds shopping list
How to make it
- In a small bowl, whisk together first 5 ingredients.
- In a large bowl, combine coleslaw mix, chestnuts, and red pepper.
- Add vinegar mixture, tossing gently to coat.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
