Serve this with a baked potato and steamed broccoli for a pretty healthy meal. I usually double the recipe and eat the chicken cold the next day.

I made this for my family today. I tripled the recipe. It was absolutly amazing! I love honey chicken and this sauce was so yummy I could have eaten it with a spoon. I did use spicey brown mustard and a little less honey, because I didn't realize I was short, but it turned out great! Thanks.

I made this for tonight's supper and it was not only easy to do but it was very good. The flavour was very balanced. I made it with 6 drumsticks and doubled the honey mixture. I also place it under the broiler for a few minutes because I like the chicken a little browner. Great results
