How to make it
- Spray crockpot with the Pam.
- Pour the milk and the rice into pot.
- Cover and cook on HIGH for 2 hours.
- Cook until soft,stir often.
- Mix sugar,eggs,and evaporated milk and vanilla extract well,with a whisk.
- Add into crockpot.
- Cook another 45 minutes or so,stirring occasionally.
- You may also add cinnamon or raisons just before it is finished cooking.
