Low Calorie Crock Pot Rice Pudding

- 1/2 gallon milk shopping list
- 1 cup regular rice shopping list
- 1 cup Splenda shopping list
- 3 large eggs shopping list
- 1 tblsp. pure vanilla extract shopping list
- 1 can evaporated milk shopping list
- Pam cooking spray shopping list
How to make it
- Spray crockpot with the Pam.
- Pour the milk and the rice into pot.
- Cover and cook on HIGH for 2 hours.
- Cook until soft,stir often.
- Mix sugar,eggs,and evaporated milk and vanilla extract well,with a whisk.
- Add into crockpot.
- Cook another 45 minutes or so,stirring occasionally.
- You may also add cinnamon or raisons just before it is finished cooking.
- Enjoy!
