Cheese and Onion Bread

Easy and tasty cheese and onion bread. Takes no time to whip up. This was a recipe my mother did.
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 c Bisquick shopping list
- 1 tsp minced parsley flakes shopping list
- 1 c shredded sharp cheddar cheese shopping list
- 1 egg,beaten shopping list
- 1/3 c milk shopping list
- 1/2 c chopped onion shopping list
- 2 tsp melted butter shopping list
How to make it
- Saute onion in butter. Mix Bisquick,parsley flakes and 1/2 c cheese. Add eggs,milk and onions.
- Spread in 8" greased pan and top with remaining cheese. Sprinkle melted butter over all.
- Bake 20 mins. at 400 degrees.
