Ingredients

1-1/2 c Bisquick

1 tsp minced parsley flakes

1 c shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1 egg,beaten

1/3 c milk

1/2 c chopped onion

2 tsp melted butter

Directions

Saute onion in butter. Mix Bisquick,parsley flakes and 1/2 c cheese. Add eggs,milk and onions.

Spread in 8" greased pan and top with remaining cheese. Sprinkle melted butter over all.

Bake 20 mins. at 400 degrees.
