Best Beef Stew

- Serves 8
Goes perfect over mashed potatoes or rice
Ingredients
- 1 large onion chopped shopping list
- 1/2 tsp dry mustard shopping list
- 3 Tbsp vinegar and lemon juice shopping list
- salt to taste shopping list
- 1 cup ketchup shopping list
- 1/2 cup celery chopped shopping list
- 6Tbsp brown sugar shopping list
- 1/2 cup water shopping list
- package of diced beef tenderloin shopping list
How to make it
- in a medium roaster add all ingrediants
- stir
- Bake at 300 degrees for about 90 minutes
- stir every 1/2 hour
- Enjoy!
