How to make it

  • in a medium roaster add all ingrediants
  • stir
  • Bake at 300 degrees for about 90 minutes
  • stir every 1/2 hour
  • Enjoy!

    I've always made a beef stew starting with a roux. This recipe is very different and sounds delicious! I just may have to try yours next time...thanks!
