Scrambled And Cherries

- 2 eggs (Scrambled in a bowl. I add salt, pepper, garlic powder & dill with a tad of milk) shopping list
- Pat of butter shopping list
- 6-10 cherry tomatoes shopping list
- olive oil shopping list
- sea salt shopping list
- garlic powder shopping list
- dill weed shopping list
- coarse black pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Put the bit of Butter into skillet & get it hot without burning.
- Dump in Scrambled Eggs & let it cook a little before you move the cooked Eggs around.
- Wash the Cherry Tomatoes & set aside.
- When the eggs are cooked to your liking, put them on a plate & set aside.
- I do a quick rinse on the Egg pan before I put it back on the heat & put
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil into pan & Heat.
- Stand back from pan if the Tomatoes are wet as this will make Hot Oil Mad.
- When Cherry Tomatoes are in the pan, sprinkle them with a pinch of salt.
- Using pan handle, make Tomatoes roll around in pan to heat.
- I cook mine for 2 minutes, shaking pan often.
- The Tomatoes skin puffs up on some sides & that's good.
- LET THE TOMATOES COOL FOR 1 OR 2 MiNUTES BEFORE YOU POP THEM IN MOUTH
- I want you to enjoy this, not burn your mouth because you ate Tomato Napalm.
