How to make it

  • Put the bit of Butter into skillet & get it hot without burning.
  • Dump in Scrambled Eggs & let it cook a little before you move the cooked Eggs around.
  • Wash the Cherry Tomatoes & set aside.
  • When the eggs are cooked to your liking, put them on a plate & set aside.
  • I do a quick rinse on the Egg pan before I put it back on the heat & put
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil into pan & Heat.
  • Stand back from pan if the Tomatoes are wet as this will make Hot Oil Mad.
  • When Cherry Tomatoes are in the pan, sprinkle them with a pinch of salt.
  • Using pan handle, make Tomatoes roll around in pan to heat.
  • I cook mine for 2 minutes, shaking pan often.
  • The Tomatoes skin puffs up on some sides & that's good.
  • LET THE TOMATOES COOL FOR 1 OR 2 MiNUTES BEFORE YOU POP THEM IN MOUTH
  • I want you to enjoy this, not burn your mouth because you ate Tomato Napalm.
