This is a super simple but super tasty chicken preparation. No fuss, no muss. Just be sure to line your pan with foil otherwise you will probably choose to toss it rather then clean it.

Yes, these were very good and quick! My first time using 5-spice powder! I had to go buy some. Tasty but not too spicy. I didn't have any sesame seeds but I did use green onions, which I loved. Added a picture and more in pso's thread in IMI. 1/19/13
