Poblano Grits

This is such an easy dish but goes well with grilled foods of every kind. Delicious. Enjoy
Ingredients
- 4 cups cooked grits shopping list
- 2 tablespoons butter shopping list
- 2 poblanos peppers roasted peeled and diced shopping list
- 1/4 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl then season with salt and pepper to taste.

In the area where I live, the men seem to really enjoy anything with peppers and, of course, they were raised on grits. This looks like they would really enjoy it. Thanks.
