How to make it

  • Trim fat and cut up into 1/2 inch thick pieces chicken breast and cook in pan with olive oil.
  • Cut Keilbasa into 1 inch thick pieces and add to chicken and fry ,set aside.
  • Rinse and cut asparagus and cook in olive oil
  • Slice potatoes into 1/2 inch pieces and cook in olive oil.
  • Place all ingredients into 5 quart baking dish and coat lavishly with peruvian Gold grilling sauce.
  • Salt, peper and garlic to taste.
  • Place dish in oven and bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, cook rice according to directions.
  • Place mixture atop rice
