After A Hard Day Chicken

- 1 pkg. boneless,skinless chicken breasts cut in 1/2" slices shopping list
- 2 Tbs olive oil shopping list
- 1/4 c balsamic vinegar shopping list
- 1 tsp chicken bouillon dissolved in 1/4 c hot water shopping list
- 1Tbs flour shopping list
How to make it
- Brown chicken in oil until meat is no longer pink. Remove chicken to serving dish. Deglaze pan with vinegar. Add bouillon and bring to boil.
- Whisk in flour and cook to thicken slightly. Drizzle hot mixture over chicken and serve.
- Variation: Add muxhrooms,capers,olives or anchovies
