How to make it

  • Brown chicken in oil until meat is no longer pink. Remove chicken to serving dish. Deglaze pan with vinegar. Add bouillon and bring to boil.
  • Whisk in flour and cook to thicken slightly. Drizzle hot mixture over chicken and serve.
  • Variation: Add muxhrooms,capers,olives or anchovies
