Ingredients
  • 1 can refrigerated crescent dinner rolls, 8 oz
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped cooked chicken
  • 3/4 t. red pepper sauce
  • 2 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 2 T. chopped fresh chives

Directions
  1. Heat oven to 350. Spray cookie sheet with cooking spray.
  2. Unroll dough.
  3. Separate into 4 rectangles.
  4. Press perforations to seal. In small bowl, mix chicken and pepper sauce until well coated.
  5. Spread 1 T. cream cheese over each rectangle to within 1/4 inch of edges.
  6. Sprinkle evenly with chicken, blue cheese and chives.
  7. Starting with one short side, roll up each rectangle; press edges to seal.
  8. With serrated knife, cut each roll into 6 slices.
  9. Place cut side down on cookie sheet.
  10. Bake 13 to 17 minutes or until edges are golden brown.
  11. Serve warm.

  13. Note: Add to the flavors by serving the pinwheels with blue cheese dip and celery sticks.
