How to make it

  • Begin cooking your macaroni noodles, according to pkg directions.
  • Melt butter in a saucepan, over medium-low heat.
  • Add flour and whisk until combined about 1 minute.
  • Turn down heat to medium and add milk, slowly stirring until thick and combined, bubbling slightly...about 6 minutes.
  • Add salt and mustard, combine.
  • Add cheeses and blend until smooth.
  • Drain noodles.
  • Gently add macaroni noodles to sauce, coating well.
  • Serve hot
