Calabrese Pasta

- 3 red onions, finely sliced shopping list
- 2 garlic cloves, minced shopping list
- 1 bunch of spinach (can add frozen just to heat if out of season) shopping list
- 1/2 tsp salt shopping list
- 3 cups of uncooked fuselli shopping list
- 1 1/2 c crumbled feta shopping list
- olive oil for frying shopping list
- 1/4 c of toasted pine nuts shopping list
- 1/4 c of kalamata olives shopping list
- parmesan cheese and pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Cook and drain the pasta.
- Saute the onions and garlic in olive oil.
- Add the salt, spinach, pasta and feta cheese and wilt the spinach.
- Toss with the toasted pine nuts
- Serve and top with parmesan cheese, pepper and Kalamata olives.
