Perfect Pie Crust

- 4 cups unsifted flour spooned into a cup shopping list
- 1 tbl sugar shopping list
- 2 tsp salt shopping list
- 1 large egg shopping list
- 1/ 3/4 cups Crisco shopping list
- 1 tbl cider or white vinegar shopping list
How to make it
- Mix flour, sugar and salt together. Add shortening. In a small bowl beat together with fork 1/2 cup water, venigar and egg. Combine the two mixtures. Divide 5 portions into patties, wrap in plastic and chill at least 1/2 hour before using (if you don't its too sticky to handle) Refrigerate up to 3 days or freeze up to 3 months.........Old Tennessee recipe
