Crab Tartlets Recipe
This is a great appetizer dish. I use it alot for parties and people love it. We never have leftovers.

Ingredients
  • 3 (2.1 oz.) packages of frozen minature phyllo tart shells
  • 1/2 cup shredded Asiago cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 cup mayo (no light or fat free)
  • 1/4 cup half and half cream
  • 1 green onion, finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, finely minced
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp ground mustard
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 1 (6 oz.) can crabmeat, drained, flaked and cartilage removed

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Place tart shells on an ungreased baking sheet. Sprinkle Asiago cheese into each shell.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the remaining ingredients.
  4. Spoon a teaspoonful of crab mixture into each tart shell.
  5. Bake at 375 degrees F for 18-20 minutes or until pastry is browned. Serve warm.
