Crab Tartlets

- 3 (2.1 oz.) packages of frozen minature phyllo tart shells shopping list
- 1/2 cup shredded asiago cheese shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 1/3 cup mayo (no light or fat free) shopping list
- 1/4 cup half and half cream shopping list
- 1 green onion, finely chopped shopping list
- 1 clove garlic, finely minced shopping list
- 1/4 tsp salt shopping list
- 1/4 tsp ground mustard shopping list
- 1/8 tsp pepper shopping list
- 1 (6 oz.) can crabmeat, drained, flaked and cartilage removed shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Place tart shells on an ungreased baking sheet. Sprinkle Asiago cheese into each shell.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the remaining ingredients.
- Spoon a teaspoonful of crab mixture into each tart shell.
- Bake at 375 degrees F for 18-20 minutes or until pastry is browned. Serve warm.
