How to make it
- Brown ground beef;pour off fat. Put in crock pot. Add Velveeta,chilies with juice,chili powder,salt and pepper to crock pot.
- Cook on low 2 to 4 hours. Serve warm.
- If too thick,thin with 4oz. tomato juice.
- Note: 2 hours is reasonably thick. 4 hours borders on too thick.
